Refunds and seats

When a fee becomes payable

No money is taken through this website. A fee is payable only after staff confirm a seat in writing or by telephone and you pay at the studio (cash or a bank transfer the studio names on the confirmation). Until that confirmation, you have nothing to refund.

Eligibility and timeframe

A full refund of a confirmed classroom fee is available if you cancel at least seven full days before the first evening of that series, and if the first evening has not begun. Send the request to studio@page-anchorfield.click or call 02 586-7893 during studio hours. We note the time of the call in the diary.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between six days and twenty-four hours before the first evening, we refund half of the series fee. The retained half covers the reserved chair and printed worksheets already prepared with your name. After an evening has started, unused remaining evenings in a four-session practicum are not refunded, because the cohort and the worksheets are already running.

Non-refundable items

Printed worksheets once issued, pencils and paper used at the table, and the time already spent in a private chart review are not refundable. A private 75-minute sitting that has begun is fully earned by the instructor.

Deposits

For the Fibonacci Retracement Practicum we may ask for a THB 1,500 deposit to hold a chair after confirmation. The deposit is applied to the series fee. It is refundable on the same seven-day full-refund timetable. Inside seven days the deposit is kept if you withdraw, unless we fill the chair from the waiting list; if we fill it, we return the deposit minus a THB 300 paper-handling amount.

Cancellation by the academy

If an instructor is ill and we cannot staff the room, we offer a move to the next cohort or a full refund of fees paid for evenings not held. We do not keep money for a class that did not occur.

Rescheduling

You may ask once to move a private chart review to another weekday afternoon at least forty-eight hours ahead, without an extra fee. A second move, or a move inside forty-eight hours, forfeits that sitting unless we can fill the slot.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not call before the session starts, the evening is treated as delivered. We will not keep a chair empty on later practicum nights for a no-show without a fresh confirmation.

Work already started

Once the projector is on and origin candles are being named, that evening is in progress. Leaving early does not reopen a refund for that evening.

How a refund is paid

Refunds go back by the same method you used at the studio, usually a Thai bank transfer to the account that paid us. Allow five to ten business days after we accept the request. We do not refund onto cards we never charged, because this site never charged a card.

How to ask

Write “Seat refund” in the subject to studio@page-anchorfield.click, include the series name and the confirmed date, or visit the studio at Chumporn Puaratanaaroonkorn 20 Soi Sawaisuwan, Bangpho, Bangkok 10800. We answer refund questions during Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 (ICT).
