Terms of attendance

By requesting a seat and later confirming it with the studio, you agree to the following. The academy teaches technical analysis drawing skills, with a focus on Fibonacci retracement. Instruction is educational. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or a promise of trading results.

Seats and confirmation

A request submitted through the website is not a confirmed booking. A seat exists only after a staff member writes or calls to confirm the date, the series, and the listed fee. We may decline a request if the room is full or if the series is a poor match for your stated experience.

Conduct in the room

Phones stay silent during drawing blocks. Recording of other students is not allowed. You may photograph your own worksheets. Instructors may ask anyone who disrupts the aisle method to leave the remainder of that evening without a scene; refund consequences are described on the refund page.

Materials

Printed worksheets issued for a session remain yours. Slide files are not distributed as a substitute for attendance. You keep any journal you create. The academy does not require platform logins and will not accept them if offered.

Intellectual work

Worksheet layouts and the practicum rhythm are the academy’s teaching materials. You may use methods you learned on your own charts. You may not reproduce the practicum as a competing class using our handouts.

Liability

You are responsible for decisions you make with charts outside class. The academy is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or software faults on devices you bring. Thai law governs these terms. Disputes that cannot be settled by conversation may be brought in the courts of Bangkok.
